Crane Equipment Guide
Elliott Equipment Company unveiled an array of upgrades to the 30105RS-Digger boom truck crane product. Geared toward increased performance, the upgraded product has four primary capabilities: lifting materials, digging holes, lifting and setting poles, and lifting personnel, and is available for installation on commercial truck vehicles as well as rubber track vehicles for off-road applications.

Elliott Equipment Company’s 30105RS-D boom truck’s main features include:
• 30-ton (27 t) rated lifting capacity at 6 ft. (1.8 m) radius
• 105 ft. (32 m) 4-section steel boom
• High torque hydraulic auger system for digging holes
• Hydraulic pole claw and guide attachment for boom tip for pole handling
• Planetary winch with 9,060 lb. (4,109 kg) single line pull and burst of speed feature
• Wireless radio remote controls with an integrated LMI display
• Optional 32 to 49 ft. (9.7 to 15 m) two-piece telescopic jib
• Open seated control station or enclosed steel crane cab with heating and air conditioning
Some of the new features on this model include:
• A new 80 rpm 20,000 ft./lb. auger drive that operates twice as fast as previous models
• An oversized 3 in. (7.6 cm) auger kelly bar for heavy duty digging hardware
• Two-stage vertical ’ez-crib outriggers’ for increase ground penetration and stability
• 36 by 72 in. (91 by 183 cm) steel work platform with hydraulic dampening yoke.
