A FedEx Express Boeing 767 cargo plane touched down at the airport without its front landing gear, bumping its nose on the runway and sending sparks flying in a dramatic incident that attracted worldwide attention. Dutch crane rental company Kraanverhuur Boekestijn is using its new Grove GMK6300L-1 to handle a months-long project replacing windows on a high-rise building in the Dutch port city of Rotterdam. Space on the downtown project was extremely limited but the all-terrain crane still had to be set up with 82 tons of counterweight, 262 ft. main boom, and 121 ft. and 95 ft. hydraulic swingaway jibs.
